July,4th, Independence Day

On the first Friday at Yale, American Independence Day is around the corner. The considerate instructor Carrie  notified us that there would be a memorial ceremony at the Grove Street Cemetery in New Haven, which is the sixty-third annual ceremonies to honor the signers of the Declaration of independence. At the main entrance of the cemetery,  the honored patriots of the War for independence will be paid tribute to.

During the solemn ceremony, special services were done at Roger Sherman's Grave and General David Humphrey's Grave. We are informed of their great historic stories and events. To conclude,  i would like to say people should not forget those who died in the war for liberation and freedom, which is a universal truth no matter in China or USA.
